How does the platform work?

Our gift solution that gives companies the opportunity for their employees to choose the gift themselves.

The company signs up to the gift portal and chooses which price category(s) their employees should have. The individual employee then receives their own unique login to the gift shop and can choose their own Christmas present from a large selection from all our recognized and unique brands, designers and trends! In addition, the gift manager also gets a unique login with an overview of all employees and can add more on an ongoing basis with a few clicks.

Gift recipient: Contact the person responsible for gifts in your company.

 

  1. We deliver the gifts together to your company, on the selected date you have chosen in the order form. (For a small delivery fee)
  2. You can also choose for your employees to receive their gift via a parcel shop or home delivery (DKK 49 / DKK 59 per employee)
  3. You can also choose to have your employees pick up their gift in our showroom, for a limited collection period, completely free of charge.

The company receives an invoice for the selected gifts and any delivery when the gift recipients have chosen their gifts.

Here's how you do it

I have ordered logins - what now?

Electronic gift codes will be sent by email as soon as you have ordered. Physical gift cards are sent immediately after placing the order.

If you have not chosen for the employees to receive logins from us, you will receive a combined email with all gift codes. Once you have received the codes, you must distribute a unique code to each of your employees, who then log into the gift shop and make their gift selection.

If you have uploaded an employee list, the gift portal will send your invitation at 8 the same morning as the shop opens or on the exact date you have chosen when placing your order. If you open your shop on the same day as you have created it, your invitation will be sent immediately after your order has been completed.

Gift choices can be changed indefinitely right up to the deadline by contact us here
The gift code can be used right as many times as you want – the last choice will be registered. A new confirmation is sent by email every time a gift choice is changed.

Yes, you can always buy additional gift codes in your shop when you are logged in to the "gift manager" menu

Autogifts

Hvad er en autogave?

An automatic gift is the gift that the employee is awarded if they do not actively use their gift code themselves. We automatically award a gift in the same price category. If you want to choose which car gift the employees should be awarded, you can easily do so by contact us here.

You choose an auto gift by contacting us, otherwise unused gift logins will automatically be assigned an auto gift in the same price category as the other employees. 

SURE THING! You can always change the selected car gift until the deadline by contact us here.

Laws, taxes and guarantees

Reklamation

If the gift is damaged during delivery, or if it is out of order, write an email to [email protected]
Write in the email product name, a small text about the complaint and which company you received the gift from. Please attach a picture of the product. If the accident happens, the gift portal has 12 months right of complaint.

Unfortunately, there is no breakage guarantee on products from Royal Copenhagen when it comes to B2B.
